2021, la Knesset a approuv\u00e9 la r\u00e9duction de la taxe sur l&rsquo;achat de maisons d&rsquo;investissement propos\u00e9e par le ministre des Finances Isra\u00ebl Katz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La taxe d&rsquo;achat connue sous le nom de \u00ab\u00a0 Mass Rechisha \u00a0\u00bb impos\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;investissement immobilier a \u00e9t\u00e9 substantiellement r\u00e9duite afin de stimuler l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 immobilier local en raison de la crise sanitaire actuelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La d\u00e9cision provisoire initi\u00e9e par l&rsquo;ancien ministre des Finances, Moshe Kahlon, portant \u00e0 8% la taxe d&rsquo;achat des acheteurs d&rsquo;immeubles de placement a \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9e et le niveau de la taxe d&rsquo;achat des investisseurs revient \u00e0 son ancien niveau de 5%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En effet, Isra\u00ebl cherche \u00e0 ramener les investisseurs sur le march\u00e9 immobilier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La taxe d&rsquo;achat pour les acheteurs qui ach\u00e8tent leur seule maison restera la m\u00eame.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En revanche, sur les maisons d\u2019investissement, la taxe est r\u00e9duite \u00e0 partir des montant s suivants en shekels\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>1\u00a0 \u00a0to <\/b> <b>\u00a0 1,292,280\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/b> <b>5%<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><b>1,292,280\u00a0 <\/b> <b>to\u00a0 <\/b> <b>3,876,835\u00a0 \u00a0<\/b> <b>6%<\/b><\/p>\n<p non-r\u00e9sidents mais aussi les r\u00e9sidents qui poss\u00e8dent au moins une autre propri\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous \u00eates un r\u00e9sident isra\u00e9lien et que vous ne poss\u00e9dez aucune autre propri\u00e9t\u00e9, vous pourrez b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de tarifs plus bas et \u00eatre exempt\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1 744 505 NIS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par contre, si vous \u00eates un nouvel immigrant, et m\u00eame si vous \u00eates propri\u00e9taire d&rsquo;un autre bien, vous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficierez \u00c9GALEMENT d&rsquo;un taux avantageux de 0,5% sous certaines conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\"><span
